עתה, מתחדש מקגרגור בשעון נדיר וייחודי שמתאים לו במיוחד: Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph Ref. 5905P, דגם מיוחד שנוצר לציון 150 שנים להיווסדה של חברת התכשיטנות האירית Weir & Sons, וחמישים שנים של שיתוף פעולה בינה לבין מותג שעוני היוקרה Patek Phillipe. 

השעון הייחודי, שרק 25 יחידות ממנו יוצרו, מפגין את מוצאו האירי עם רקע ירוק ורצועת עור תנין ירוקה – כיאה למקגרגור האירי הגאה. השעון של לוחם ה-MMA הוא מספר 12 בסדרה, ומחירו הוא כ-100,000$.
